Adult Gymnastics

Adult gym classes are pay as you go so there is no commitment to being here every week.

These sessions are structured under the guidance of 2 qualified and very experienced coaches and use all equipment.

Adult gym members can enter veteran competitions where they have done exceptionally well; amongst the team we have 3 British Champions.

This class caters for complete beginners to advanced ex-gymnasts wanting some exercise to keep fit and to see what they can still achieve!
