Recreational Gymnastics

General Gym classes are for boys and girls aged 5-12. Classes last for one hour in a fun, but structured environment while learning the basic gymnastic skills.

During a term a variety of skills are achieved on all apparatus, with the opportunity to work towards our badge scheme under the guidance of one of our fully qualified coaches.

Gymnasts cover vault, floor, trampette, beam, trampoline, conditioning and flexibility.

Top coaches are always monitoring gymnasts for potential in the squads and advanced classes.

All gymnasts in this session have the opportunity to participate in the annual club championships which never fails to be a great success and an excellent day for the whole family.
