Adults

The Adults who take their training a bit more seriously train twice a week and can chose to enter any of the Adult competitions during the year: the Glasgow Open; the Basingstoke Invitational; and the biggest event in the Adult calendar the British Gymnastics Veterans Championships, to name a few.

Our Adults have held several of the British Veterans Championships titles over the last few years, the most current one being the Womens Team Champions of 2007. Many of the gymnastics disciplines are available for the Adults to compete in: Mens and Womens Artistic gymnastics, Acrobatic gymnastics, Tumbling and Trampolining. The great thing about being a competitive Adult gymnast is meeting and socialising with other like minded Adults from all over the British Isles. One thing to remember, you do not have to have done any gymnastics before to take part in a competition. All levels of ability are represented, it just need a willingness to take part.
