Disability Gymnastics
Inclusive gymnastics for members with additional needs. We offer structured monthly sessions, drop-in open sessions, and an adult class, all delivered by specialist coaches in a fully adapted, welcoming environment.
Every session is tailored to the individual. We welcome gymnasts with a wide range of physical, sensory, and learning needs.

Ages 60 years & over
Love To Move
Love To Move is a British Gymnastics programme designed specifically for older adults. Sessions are gentle, social, and expertly designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall wellbeing.
No gymnastics experience required whatsoever, just a desire to stay active and enjoy some movement in great company.
Ages 8 years & over
Open Sessions
Drop-in sessions where BGC members can practise skills, explore apparatus, and work on their gymnastics at their own pace. Qualified coaches are on hand throughout, but this is your time to use the gym freely.
No booking required. Runs Saturdays and Sundays 18:30 – 20:30.
Ages 5 – 16 years · Term-time only
Home Education Gymnastics
A dedicated gymnastics class for home-educated children, running every Tuesday lunchtime during school term time. The class covers general gymnastics skills across floor and apparatus in a friendly, social group setting.
Bookings are taken per half-term block. Sessions do not run during school holidays.

In Your School
We work directly with primary and secondary schools across Basingstoke to deliver gymnastics and sport as part of the school day, from PE curriculum sessions and breakfast clubs to after school clubs and full extended-day packages.
We also offer space rental at BGC for disability groups, community organisations, and schools wanting to use our specialist facility to help get Basingstoke active and moving.
Extended Day Package
Breakfast Club, teaching all day, lunchtime club, and after school club. Our most comprehensive package, a full active day for your pupils.
Full School Day & Lunchtime Club
Curriculum gymnastics or sport sessions covering the full school day, plus a structured lunchtime club for additional activity.
Full School Day – Curriculum
A full day of gymnastics or sport delivered as curriculum PE. Covers all year groups and ability levels with BGC-qualified coaches leading every session.
Morning Package
Gymnastics or sport sessions delivered across the morning. Ideal for schools wanting targeted curriculum PE without a full-day commitment.
Afternoon Package
Two lessons of gymnastics or sport in the afternoon. Great for schools looking to supplement existing PE provision with specialist coaching.
After School Club
BGC-coached after school sports club. A brilliant way to keep pupils active after the bell and develop gymnastics and movement skills in a fun environment.
Breakfast Club
An active, energising start to the school day. BGC coaches deliver structured movement and gymnastics activity to set pupils up for learning.
