At BGC, safeguarding and the welfare of our members is always our highest priority. We regularly review our procedures to ensure we're meeting and exceeding British Gymnastics' guidelines.
Following the latest update from British Gymnastics to their Safe Sport Framework, we have refreshed our internal safeguarding policy, updated our reporting procedures and completed refresher training with all coaching and support staff.
Every coach at BGC holds a current DBS check, and our dedicated Club Welfare Officer remains the first point of contact for any concern - no matter how small.
