Congratulations Ella, Our New Head of Development!
We are delighted to announce that Ella has been appointed as our new Head of Development.
Ella's journey within the club has been one of dedication, hard work, and passion. Having previously served as one of our Development Coaches, she has played a key role in supporting gymnasts at every stage of their development, helping young athletes build confidence, skills, and a love for the sport.
Alongside her coaching career, Ella has continued to excel as an elite-level TeamGym gymnast, demonstrating the commitment, resilience, and high performance standards that make her such a valuable role model for our members. Her first-hand experience as both an athlete and coach gives her a unique understanding of the pathway our gymnasts follow and the support they need to achieve their goals.
In her new role as Head of Development, Ella will oversee the progression of our development programmes, working closely with coaches, gymnasts, and families to ensure every athlete has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a positive and inspiring environment.
We are incredibly proud of everything Ella has achieved so far and are excited to see the impact she will make in this next chapter. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and commitment to the club make her the perfect person to lead our development programme forward.
