Outstanding Results and Regional Qualification at the Hants Classic Challenge 2026
It was a sensational weekend for our squad at the Hants Classic Challenge 2026! Competing against top talent across Hampshire, our gymnasts delivered high-energy, precise routines that earned a vast array of 1st-place awards on individual apparatus and top All-Around placements.
There was even more at stake this weekend: the top 8 gymnasts in the Tin, Zinc, and Copper levels qualify for the Regional Championships. From there, a top 5 finish at Regionals will secure a place at the National Finals!
Special mention goes to Leah Matthews, who claimed 1st place All-Around in Copper 2016-2017 and 2nd overall across all Copper categories, and Francesca Hayes, who took 2nd place All-Around in Copper 2016-2017. Both were part of a strong contingent of gymnasts securing top 8 qualification spots!
