What they train

The six apparatus

Men's Artistic Gymnastics is unique in covering six apparatus; each developing a different element of strength, control, and dynamic skill.

Floor & Vault

Tumbling, power, and dynamic skills on floor exercise, plus progressive vault training from run-up through to competition entries.

Pommel Horse & Rings

Upper body strength and control developed through progressive work on pommel horse circles and rings strength elements.

Parallel Bars & High Bar

Swing, release, and flight skills on parallel bars and high bar; the dynamic, high-amplitude gymnastics that defines men's artistic.

Conditioning & Flexibility

Strength, mobility, and flexibility work runs through every session. It is a core part of the process, building the physical foundations that keep gymnasts safe, powerful, and progressing across all six apparatus.

County & Elite Pathway

Boys compete at county-level MAG events. They can move across groups as their needs change; the pathway flows both ways.
