About the group
Power tumbling
at speed.
Advanced Tumble is for gymnasts ready to take their tumbling from a recreational class into competition. Training takes place on the dedicated 25-metre sprung tumbling track, preparing gymnasts for county-level British Gymnastics tumbling events.
Gymnasts develop the technical foundations of competitive power tumbling, building height, control, and consistency on progressively complex passes of somersaults, twists, and combinations.
For those with the aptitude and dedication, Advanced Tumble is the direct pathway into the Elite Tumbling programme.
