Women's Artistic Gymnastics - WAG
Four apparatus.
One sport.
Women's Artistic Gymnastics (classified as an Olympic sport) is one of the most widely recognised disciplines. Combining physical strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistic expression across four apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
At BGC, our WAG squads train at Development, County, and Regional level, with our most advanced gymnasts competing on the National and International stages. Every competitive gymnast in the programme began their journey through our recreational classes and Talent ID process.
Gymnasts train between 6-28 hours per week with our Artistic coaching team. Gymnasts are assessed regularly and progress through the British Gymnastics Women's Development Programme.
