Our Parkour class is a fun and exciting class, great for adventurous children who like to be creative with movement within a structured and safe environment. Working towards our Medal Scheme
WHAT'S PRESCHOOL ADDITIONAL NEEDS?
FUN
We use our trampoline and fast track for warming up and inbetween circuits and have fun on the apparatus.
INCLUSIVITY
Our aim is to make gymnastics accessible to all, working with both parents and children to make necessary adaptions.
CIRCUITS
We use 2 apparatus circuits for 2 consecutive weeks consisting of beam and bars, vault, floor, p-bars, adventure and parkour circuits over a period of 6 weeks.
We take breaks on the trampoline as needed.
SKILLS
We try new skills on the circuits working at the level and ability of each participant.
