PRESCHOOL REBOUND
A fully structured and professionally coached class designed for independent 3–4 year olds! Little gymnasts will have a blast learning to rebound on the trampoline, trampette, and fast track while developing essential gymnastics skills on a variety of apparatus. Each session encourages confidence, coordination, and fun as children work towards our exciting Badge Scheme, which also includes the Trampoline Award Scheme.
WHAT'S PRESCHOOL REBOUND?
FUN
We use all of our rebound apparatus including trampoline , trampette and fast track to have fun whilst learning skills.
SKILLS
Gymnastic and rebound shapes and skills are taught in warm ups and then on the apparatus using our new Rebound Award Scheme.
CIRCUITS
Circuits are used to learn and practice all skills. As well as rebound circuits we also use some circuits from our Juniorgym class.
TECHNIQUE
Basic shapes and skills are taught on the floor and apparatus and then incorporated into the rebound circuits.
