PRESCHOOL DANCE GYM
A fun and engaging structured class designed especially for independent 3–4 year olds! Children explore the basics of dance and gymnastics through creative movement, playful games, and hands-on activities with fun props and hand apparatus. It’s the perfect blend of skill-building and imagination in a supportive, confidence-boosting environment.
WHAT'S DANCE GYM?
FUN
We have fun using different dance styles, games and basic gymnastics.All the apparatus in the gym is used to have fun whilst learning skills.
SKILLS
We use music and movement to learn simple dance steps and apparatus to learn basic gymnastic skills.
CIRCUITS
We use circuits to teach balance, strength and co-ordination.
TECHNIQUE
Basic shapes and skills are taught in both dance and gymnastics.
