Disability Gymnastics at Basingstoke offers inclusive sessions in a fun, positive environment, combining structured coaching with non-structured free play to help gymnasts build skills, confidence and enjoy movement.

FUN
Our disability gymnastics classes are all about fun, creating a positive and inclusive space where gymnasts can move, explore and enjoy gymnastics at their own pace.
CIRCUITS
The classes are built around fun, engaging circuits, giving gymnasts the chance to move through a variety of circuit stations that encourage exploration, skill development and enjoyment in a positive, inclusive environment.
CO-ORDINATION
We place a strong focus on developing co-ordination, using fun, engaging activities that support balance, movement control and confidence, all within a positive and inclusive environment.
INDEPENDANCE
Supporting the development of independence, encouraging gymnasts to make choices, try activities at their own pace and build confidence in a fun, positive and inclusive environment.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
As part of our commitment to being an inclusive and supportive club, we proudly participate in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme. We recognise that not all disabilities are visible, and this scheme helps us create a safe, understanding environment for everyone. All staff are aware of the Sunflower symbol and are supported to ensure members, visitors, and colleagues who may need extra time, patience, or assistance feel respected and looked after at all times.
