One spectator ticket can be purchased as a priority. This is to ensure that every child has at least one parent or guardian in attendance on the day.

Please note that this is a competition event. Gymnasts will be scored and placements will be awarded. Medals will be presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, ribbons for 4th, 5th, and 6th place, and all participants will receive a certificate.
🎫 Spectator Tickets – Available on the Day Only
Adults (13+): £6 | Children (4–12): £3 | Under 4s: Free

🌴 A full schedule will be sent once the entry deadline has passed and the programme has been finalised.
Historically, General Gymnastics have competed on the Sunday, with all other classes taking place on the Saturday. However, we cannot confirm this yet. Until the final programme is released, all days and timings may still change.
Each gymnast will receive a 2-hour time slot and an entry number. You will be able to find your child’s name in the programme, along with their entry number.

🏖️ Beach Theme – Entry Number Design:
Once the programme has been finalised and released, each gymnast will be allocated an entry number, which will appear next to their name.
Parents and gymnasts will then use this number to design their Beach-themed entry number. This is a fun creative part of the event that helps bring the theme to life.

We transition our current pre-schoolers who already attend an independent class and hold their own British Gymnastics membership into their new recreational classes from Monday 27th July.

This approach has consistently proven to be a positive, child-led process. It allows children to settle into their new class environment gradually, building confidence and familiarity over the summer period.

By making this transition in July, children avoid having to adjust to both a new school and a new gymnastics class at the same time in September, helping to create a smoother and more enjoyable experience for them.
