PRESCHOOL JUNIOR GYM
JuniorGym is designed for our preschoolers to try independently, following the instruction of a coach around various circuits. Working towards our Badge Scheme.
For children aged 3-4 years old.
WHAT'S JUNIOR GYM?
FUN
All the apparatus in the gym is used to have fun whilst learning skills.
SKILLS
Basic skills to higher level skills are taught in warm ups and on the circuits using the British Gymnastic Rise Award Scheme.
CIRCUITS
Circuits are used to practice basic skills independently whilst coaches assist harder skills.
TECHNIQUE
Basic shapes and skills are taught on the floor and then practiced on different apparatus in line with British Gymnastics.
