It’s been a busy few days at the club! 💪✨

Our staff have been taking part in a Communications Course, learning more about themselves and how to communicate effectively with others — helping us build even stronger connections within our team and community 🤝

We’re also currently completing the British Gymnastics Love to Move Course, an age and dementia-friendly seated exercise programme designed to support movement, coordination and wellbeing 🧠❤️🤸‍♀️

We’re always learning, growing, and finding new ways to make a positive impact! 🌟

What an incredible weekend for our Aerobic team representing GBR at the Plovdiv Cup!✨

A fabulous trip filled with teamwork, dedication, and outstanding performances — we couldn’t be prouder of you all! ❤️💪🏻

💙 Individual Performances
Jayda, Rosa & Jacey all delivered stunning routines in qualifications, with Jacey (Youth IW) scoring an impressive 17.1, just 0.1 away from a finals spot — an amazing achievement on her international debut! 🌟

💙 Trios
Rosa, Jacey & Ano (in collaboration with Sparkles Gymnastics) performed their Descendants-themed routine beautifully, scoring 16.775 and finishing 12th out of 28 talented trios! 👏

💙 Mixed Pair & Group Routines
Amelia & Felix showed their experience and composure, scoring 17.95 in qualifications and securing a fantastic 6th place in finals!
Amelia, Lilli and teammates George, Olivia & Chloe (with Sparkles Gymnastics) impressed with their elegant Avatar/Water-themed routine, finishing 8th in finals with a score of 17.00! 💧✨

💙 Individual Male
Felix shone with a powerful routine, scoring 19.1 in qualifications and taking home a bronze medal in finals! 🥉 His score also contributed to the Team Challenge, helping GBR secure 1st place alongside Greece, Bulgaria, and France! 🏆

We are so proud of every single gymnast for their commitment, teamwork, and sportsmanship — and a massive well done to all our coaches for continuously supporting and inspiring our gymnasts to achieve their best! 👏💙
