A huge congratulations to Yusef from our Men’s Artistic Squad, who recently headed to Lilleshall for England Squad Training 👏🤸🏴
This is an amazing achievement and a real testament to his hard work, dedication, and commitment to his gymnastics.
We’d also like to say a huge thank you to England squad coaches Adam and Josh for taking such great care of our lovely Yusef while he was there, as well as to all the other coaches who supported and helped him throughout the experience.

🎮 GAME ON: A GYMNASTICS SHOWDOWN 🤸♂️
End of Year Show – This Sunday!
As every year, our End of Year Show includes a fundraiser… but this year we’re doing things VERY differently 👀
✨ Introducing our SECRET ROUTINE ✨
• Choreographed in total secrecy
• Coaches have been voted for by the gymnasts
• The coaches have NO idea they’ve been selected
• They don’t know the routine
• They don’t know the theme
• They don’t know anything 😱
On Sunday, selected coaches will be put on the spot, sent onto the floor, and will have to perform a routine they’ve never seen before 😬🔥
💷 THE TWIST:
The top 3 coaches have been voted for and will be released over the next 3 days. If we can hit the right total, additional coaches will be placed in as a surprise. To get the first coach in, we need to hit £250, and for every £250 raised thereafter, the next coach will be added and they’ll be joining the showdown on Sunday too!

Here it is the update from Day 2 of the Olympic Hopes competition… but trust us, it’s worth the wait because this girl delivered pure MAGIC. ✨🤩
Our incredible Roxy went out there representing Wales with heart, power, and so much grace qualifying for vault, beam, AND floor apparatus finals like the absolute star she is. 🤍❤️
And then she lit up the arena:
🏅 4th on Vault — powerful, clean, fearless
🥉 3rd on Beam — calm, elegant, unshakable
👑 FLOOR CHAMPION — yes, you’re looking at the QUEEN of the floor for this competition!
Roxy didn’t just compete… she owned it. Every routine showed exactly how hard she works day in, day out. We are bursting with pride watching her shine on such an incredible stage. ✨
