Our staff have been taking part in a Communications Course, learning more about themselves and how to communicate effectively with others — helping us build even stronger connections within our team and community 🤝
We’re also currently completing the British Gymnastics Love to Move Course, an age and dementia-friendly seated exercise programme designed to support movement, coordination and wellbeing 🧠❤️🤸♀️
