💛 It’s Cystic Fibrosis Week! 💛

As a gymnastics club, we believe it’s so important to recognise and support causes that affect members of our community. This week, we’re proud to be raising awareness for cystic fibrosis and showing our support by wearing yellow. 🌼✨

We are so amazed by our lovely gymnasts who live with cystic fibrosis. Their determination, resilience, and positive attitude inspire us every day, and we’re honoured to have them as part of our club. 💛

We’d love for all of our gymnasts, families, and supporters to join us by wearing yellow this week. Together, we can help raise awareness and celebrate the strength of those living with CF.

Just a reminder that we are OPEN throughout half term, and our amazing holiday camps are running all week long too 💪🎉

With the heatwave sticking around, please remember these key things before coming along:

💧 Stay hydrated — bring a refillable water bottle and keep drinking throughout the day
👕 Wear appropriate clothing — light, breathable gymwear is best
🧡 Listen to your body — if you feel unwell, dizzy, or too hot, let a coach know straight away

🩵 Mental Health Awareness Week - Day 5 🩵

We’ve come a long way in talking openly about mental health – and together, we must make sure we don’t slip backwards. 🧊💧

Mental wellbeing is a shared responsibility. From families and communities to those shaping systems around us, action is needed to address the root causes of mental ill health so people can stay well, not just recover. 🩵🔹

As a gymnastics club, we see every day how movement, routines, encouragement and belonging can boost confidence and resilience. The gym isn’t just about skills – it’s a safe space to grow, connect and feel supported. 🤸‍♂️🩵💜

Let’s keep pushing for a future where mental health is prioritised, protected and valued – so everyone has the chance to thrive, on and off the mat. 🩵🟣💜

⏳ Spaces are LIMITED and entries are strictly first come, first served — once full, entries will close and we cannot accept late entries!

Once the programme is released, every gymnast will receive an entry number to decorate with their own BEACH-THEMED design! 🐚🌺🏖️ We can’t wait to see everyone’s creativity shine.
