This week, weβre sharing the stories of some of our incredible families and raising awareness of cystic fibrosis.
Today, weβre delighted to introduce Nicola, who spoke to us about her daughter Annie. Annie is a valued member of our Advanced Aerobics and General Gymnastics classes, and Nicola shares when Annie received her diagnosis, and the positive impact that gymnastics has had on Annieβs journey.

We are so amazed by our lovely gymnasts who live with cystic fibrosis. Their determination, resilience, and positive attitude inspire us every day, and weβre honoured to have them as part of our club. π

We honestly could not be prouder of this amazing team π Every single tumbler stepped onto the floor with confidence, determination and heart, showing just how hard they have worked in training. The dedication, resilience and support they show one another every week truly paid off this weekend, and watching them shine out on the competition floor was so special π
